    Yuddham Sei (2011) - DVD RIP (LOTUS Fivestar) - x264 - MKV - 420p

The film starts with a brooding CB-CID officer J.K. who is worried about his missing sister. His senior officer promises J.K. that he can take up his sister's case after he solves another one, so J.K. agrees. Amputated male arms are packed in cartons and left in public places. J.K. suspects that they are done so deliberately, as a message to the police. Based on identification from families of missing persons, they find that the arms belong to Raja Manikam, Moorthy et cetera. By triangulating the co-ordinates they find a lead in this case.
Durai Pandi (Manika Vinayagam) is a leading textile shop owner who was beaten and insulted in public and handed over to the police after it was found that he had used a peephole to look into the dressing room for women. He is caught by the victim Suja's family, who are totally shattered by this incident. The inspector in-charge of this case is Isakki Muthu. Later, Durai Pandi's manager surrenders to the police accepting the charge of the crime, and thus clearing Durai Pandi's name.
Later, Suja's father Dr. Purushothaman was arrested on charges of bribery, and later released. A sex affair complaint was lodged against Dr. Purushothamanís wife (Lakshmi). These events shatter the family, and they suicide by setting themselves on fire. But Suja is still missing, so J.K. decides to reopen Dr. Purushothamanís case.
More amputated arms turn up, and a police man of ACP Tirisangu's Office has been decapitated and his head is kept in front of police station. This terrifies the police department. J.K. intensifies his investigation and suspects that ACP Tirisangu's office has some moles who are involved in this case, since all the crimes had happened in Tirisangu's Jurisdiction.
In the mean time Tirisangu, Isakki Muthu and his gang panic that J.K. would identify them. They try to unsuccessfully eliminate J.K.. Tirisangu has kept J.K.'s sister as a captive, ever since she had witnessed a crime committed by his gang. He tells her that he cannot let her go, and some day, she would prove useful to him.
Mortician Judas (Jayaprakash) offers to show Durai Pandiís associates a video. He leads them into a van with a laptop, and once they are in, shuts the door. Smoke can be seen filing the inside of the van. J.K. appears on the scene, as he has been following Judas. Tirisangu also follows J.K. and shoots Judas. Two of Judasís associates get into the van and drive away, and the third one is left behind. It turns out that the three of them are Dr Purushothaman, his wife and son, and they are still alive.
Before dying, Judas confesses to J.K..
Dr Purushothamanís daughter Suja was kidnapped, drugged unconscious and raped, in front of the elderly members of Tirisanguís gang, for their perverse enjoyment. It turns out that the gang has been drugging and raping a number of girls this way. After her rape, Suja was found wandering deliriously, and brought home. She commits suicide the next day. The family is devastated. They want to die, but not before killing all the members responsible for Suja's death. With assistance from Judas, they fake their suicides and go missing. They kidnap John Britto, the person who lodged the sex complaint, Raja Manikam and auto driver Moorthy and amputate all of them. They then kill the policeman who had arranged for Suja's kidnap.
    Judas dies after this confession.
Purushothamanís son Nishanth is now under J.K.ís custody. Tirisangu calls J.K. and lets him know that his sister is his captive, and J.K. needs to lead him to the Doctorís family if he wants to see his sister alive. J.K. is devastated and helpless. Nishanth, who hasnít spoken a word till then, tells Tirisangu where his parents are.
J.K. and his subordinate (Dipa Shah) reach there at the same time as Tirisangu and Isakki Muthu. They see that the old men who were kidnapped are now blind.
The doctor and his wife kill Isakki Muthu, and they approach Tirisangu with intent to kill, his bullets merely slowing them down. When he threatens to kill J.K.ís sister, the Doctorís family see her as their daughter, and give up their lives to protect her. J.K. kills Tirisangu.
The older members of Tirisanguís gang are handed over in court and sentenced to 3 years, and Durai Pandi gets life imprisonment. The court suspends J.K. and his team mates for letting Nishanth escape. As the ruling is heard, J.K.ís sister and his subordinate are shown playing on the beach, with J.K. watching over them protectively. Then they all gaze at the horizon.
J.K. helps send Nishanth aboard, after giving him a book by philosopher J. Krishnamurti, and advice to help him deal with his grief.
