    Default Peas Stuffed Idlies

    peeled green peas - cup
    oil - 2 tsp
    mustard seeds - tsp
    cumin seeds - tsp
    green chili - 1 tsp, chopped
    chili powder - tsp
    turmeric powder - tsp
    grated coconut - cup
    idly batter - 3 to 4 cup
    salt to taste


    1. Boil peas till soft.
    2. Heat oil in a small fry pan. Add mustard and cumin.
    3. When they splutter, add green chili, chili and turmeric powders. Add peas, salt and coconut.
    4. Stir on low flame for 1 minute. Let it cool.
    5. Grease the idly molds, fill with batter. Place some filling over each .
    6. Cover with more batter and steam for 15 minutes. Serve hot with chutney
